Recent Advances in the NDE Technology and Inspection offer Plant and Pipeline Operators more methods to improve the quality plus efficiency of there pressure equipment reliability. We were the first company to introduce and implement The Magnascan EMAT Guided Wave System in 1993 to the Oil and Gas Industry. Our highly trained technicians have over 15 years of operator experience.

EMAT can supplement current inspection methods already in place. Integrating EMAT inspection into an already established mechanical integrity program can provide a proactive solution for areas where traditional NDE has failed. EMAT's can detect internal and external corrosion at pipe supports where conventional methods are limited. EMAT inspection is also superior to other automated scanning devices in speed and accuracy, being able to scan at a rate of 50 ft. per minute. This technology is not limited to ferromagnetic materials and can be used on exotic alloys such as Hastaloy furnace tubes.
