Heater Tube Inspections

Elite Inspections utilizes its EMAT technique for full heater tube inspections. Whether you're inspecting a Reformer Heater, Coker, or Crude Unit heater we can fully inspect a heater quickly allowing your plant to return the unit back to service.

Access is not required 360 degrees around the tube allowing full diameter inspections from only the fire side of the tube. All EMAT indications are proofed up with conventional ultrasonics allowing for remaining life calculations per API 530.
